As always, the conference will feature educational presentations, networking opportunities, and CEUs for operators (pending). However, some new activities are in the works for this year's conference, including a trivia contest and best tasting water contest. Stay tuned for contest rules and information.

The conference venue is the historic Menger Hotel, 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205. We will have a discounted room block with a rate of only $85, plus $15 parking. The hotel is conveniently located near the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Rivercenter Mall. It is only 15-20 minutes from the airport, with shuttle and taxi options available. The discounted SCMA rate is available three days before and after the conference, subject to room availability. The deadline to reserve a room at the discounted SCMA rate is August 5, 2012.
